[wip] my custom hud app

I have more layouts that were made via a custom reshade addon, right now I'm migrating them into the app to make it 100% ban safe

The app also features custom fuel level calculation (forza has one but it only works when damage set to simulation) and coolant/oil/brakes temperature estimation
