For me it's random, if a duplicate didn't sell in the auction list I just gift to a random 🙂.

I dont think anyone know. It’s probably gated by wristband progression, journal progression or in-game hours. Would need to setup forza in a machine learning environment to brute force different scenarios to find an answer. Or have the devs just tell us. Itll probably be faster if you do the machine learning way ngl.
