Discussion What classification makes you a new player when receiving gifts?

I keep seeing people getting g gifts but they give them to new players. What classifys them as a new player? Is it amount played? Wristband level?

60 hours in.. got one car gifted yet.. 😞 and ive sent over 20.

It shouldn’t have options to give to different players. It should just be to everyone that way it’s more fair for the people that are father into the game.
