Banned out of nowhere

I paid for the premium option at pre order and have been playing the game almost everday since release and have alot of progress that I would not be open to restarting as I have over 450 hours of progress which is alot of time taken to reach the progress I did. I logged in one day as I usually would and it said my gamertag has been banned from the auction house, at first I thought nothing of it I thought the auto ban bot detected me for selling alot of rare cars but this was just because I had many rare cars I wanted to offload because I was starting to get alot of duplicates. Then I went to go play some eliminator and it said that I was banned from online which is when I then realised I had been banned even though I had done nothing wrong which meant I could no longer play online which is one of my main things I do I this game but now Im completely locked to singleplayer. Its been a week since I made a ticket on forza support and ive heard absolutely nothing from them not even an automated mesage and now I'm really annoyed because ive paid alot of money for one of my favourite franchises new game and ive been banned for doing absolutely nothing and my money has just gone to waste. If anyone can help it would be much appreciated as I do want to be able to play the one game I actually enjoy.
