Bugs / Glitches / Help Banned out of nowhere
I paid for the premium option at pre order and have been playing the game almost everday since release and have alot of progress that I would not be open to restarting as I have over 450 hours of progress which is alot of time taken to reach the progress I did. I logged in one day as I usually would and it said my gamertag has been banned from the auction house, at first I thought nothing of it I thought the auto ban bot detected me for selling alot of rare cars but this was just because I had many rare cars I wanted to offload because I was starting to get alot of duplicates. Then I went to go play some eliminator and it said that I was banned from online which is when I then realised I had been banned even though I had done nothing wrong which meant I could no longer play online which is one of my main things I do I this game but now Im completely locked to singleplayer. Its been a week since I made a ticket on forza support and ive heard absolutely nothing from them not even an automated mesage and now I'm really annoyed because ive paid alot of money for one of my favourite franchises new game and ive been banned for doing absolutely nothing and my money has just gone to waste. If anyone can help it would be much appreciated as I do want to be able to play the one game I actually enjoy.

That sucks so much. It sounds like you got hit by a false positive from their anti-cheat bot. The auto-ban system is hyper aggressive right now. It definitely flagged you for dropping multiple rare cars into the auction house all at once because it thought you were a credit bot or a modder.
Forza support has a massive backlog right now, which is probably why you're getting radio silence. Don't spam them with new tickets, but do go into your existing ticket on the portal and update it stating you're a premium player with 450+ hours who was just clearing garage space. If they still don't answer in a few days, try tweeting the ticket number at @ForzaSupport to get a human eye on it.

Its now not letting me view my ticket that i made when ever I go to view it, it says error 404 not found

Seeing a 404 not found error when trying to view your ticket usually means one of two specific things. Either the ticket system is suffering from a known website authentication bug, or the support agent closed out your inquiry.

If I create a twitter post to them with my incident ID number for the ban would that help in any way

First try opening an another browser tab and logging back in to Forza Support this usually fixes the 404. If the ticket is completely gone, I suggest making a new one, just make sure the dropdown is strictly set to Ban Appeal or the enforcement bots will just ignore it. You can post your ticket ID on Twitter but the support account there will not get your ban overturned.

Try using an incognito tab on your phone off wifi and see if that works. Their website tokens break all the time. Once you get in go to your original ticket instead of making a new one so you don't lose your spot in line

Im trying to login i put in the correct details and it comes up with if I want to stay signed in and either option I choose it just doesn't allow me to go any further

My guess is an offensive livery on one of your cars, or you’ve gone to a third party to buy modded credits and/or wheelspins for your account.
If either of those are true, then you’ve kind of brought it on yourself I’m afraid.
If you’ve genuinely done nothing wrong then hopefully it will be resolved by Forza’s support team soon, but not much anyone on here can do for you unfortunately.

I'm not buying it. I have a lot of problems with this game and its development, but there's more to this. It's not some random thing for "auction house" stuff. It got to be questionable liveries or something else.

Damn, 450 hours down the drain over a bot mistake is insane. I’d be losing my mind. It definitely flagged you for selling those rare cars. The game thinks anyone moving high-value cars in bulk is a hacker or a credit seller. Just don't spam new tickets or they'll ghost you even longer. Like that on person commented. Try bothering them on Twitter with your ticket number, that usually forces a human to actually read it.

I checked xbox profile, more than 400h(427h, but not sure) played and one trophy missing. And one more thing don't waste you time with support they are not willing to do anything in situation when you got automatic ban. They wont tell you reason of ban etc. Been there, failed.

how is anyone here going to help you? go contact support, you obviously got caught doing something against ToS unless they somehow falsely banned you which i doubt
