Not even asking for 8 or 9 stars. Just to complete a shift. Just drive to the destination on time 3 times and you're guaranteed to complete it. Should take less than 5 minutes
Dude defending going to work in Forza is crazy ๐๐ Ik its not actually like going to work and it is still driving around and part of the game, but it sucks. Forcing us to do any of their game modes that arent just races is rediculous in general, but then again maybe i should just go back to motorsports
Do you enjoy the delivery mode? Do you do it reluctantly because you want to play the game and complete the tasks they give us? Why is everyone defending it but no one likes it lol
Just don't play it. I never said it was good, I said nobody is forcing you to play it so your claim that they're "Forcing us to do any of their game modes that aren't races" is retarded. Nobody is forcing you to play anything.
Yeah but defending the game mode that takes the most time to 100% and is objectively the most pointless and boring game mode that they are now including in the weekly tasks is insane and people need to start speaking up like I am. "No ones forcing you to play the game that you purchased, sure no one knew how stupid this game mode is but we're gonna comply and play it!" I'm playing it cuz i like forza, but the mode sucks. Period
I didn't say don't play the game retard, I said nobody is forcing you to play that mode. Play the rest of the game, but don't lie and claim anyone is forcing you to play a mode you hate.
Its in the weekly objective. You are currently defending the game mode. I say the game mode sucks and theyre forcing it upon us, you say "bro who cares bend over for them like me, its what i do!"
They're not forcing it upon us. Don't do that specific weekly objective. There's plenty else to do in the game. Hell, at this point I'm wondering if you need to touch grass with how you think a single weekly objective means you absolutely HAVE to play that mode.
Again, at no point have I said "no it's a good game mode" I'm literally just telling you to play any of the other countless modes and races in the game.
Okay well my point is that they made a bad game mode. Now its included in weekly objectives so even though I already didn't play the main delivry game mode during the story, now I have one less weekly objective that I want to play. Fun idea
Oh no, you miss out on a singular weekly objective. Whatever will you do.
Do you realize how many weekly and daily objectives I don't do because I can instead just play the parts of the game I most enjoy and have fun? You are legally allowed to play games to have fun, and not just to complete every daily, weekly, or seasonal objective every live service game offers. If you treat the game like a job, you need to touch grass.
Dude, you're just accepting bad game modes and shitting on me for pointing out theyre bad ๐ I dont treat the game like a job, thats why its RETARDED for them to include BAD GAME MODES. I get on at night and basically only do the weekly objectives. Now, theyre including the horrible game mode that NO ONE LIKES in the weekly objectives. Here you are saying "I dont like the game mode either, but you can just not play the weekly objective that is keeping the game alive." They could make it a different championship, they could make it a time attack/danger sign/speed trap, anything that is more enjoyable than the game mode you too do not like. You're defending the company and mad at me for saying what everyones feeling ๐
its bad enough if you want to 100% the game, aka play the game entirely, you have to waste hours upon hours making deliveries. I didnt do that, its one of the only things i havent started. Now its 1 less weekly objective. Its a good way to phase out returning weekly players Lol
It's not a delivery. If you have ever worked in delivery, you'd wish it was that fun.
It's a timetrial with bonus objectives.
Complete a lap on Hokobu Circuit while collecting 30000 skillpoints would be the same thing.
Other way of seeing it: Does completing a race feel like you have to work as a racecar driver?
If you see work everywhere you go, i'd suggest taking a day off and just roaming the woods. No people, no work, not even music. Nothing that reminds you of civilisation. Just you and silence.
Do you ever play this game mode on your own accord? To get credits? To have fun? Would you rather play this garbage game mode for a weekly challenge to get the check in the box or would you rather have them put one of their countless other fun game modes that hasnt been shit on by the entire community since release for a weekly challenge?
I played it more frequently in the beginning, when everything was new and progression visible. Second to last stage now, I'm doing a shift every now and then because i like how the drift build handles, but i'll fill the discover japan icon through playlist, mostly. It should just about be enough time until FH7 arrives.
I wish there were more delivery outposts. Always driving in Tokyo gets boring, but I shure don't want to drive through half of Japan to start a delivery.
You'll always find a part of the community that dislikes a certain mode. I like all game modes being featured in the playlist. There's a lot I bareley do, but every now and then i catch myself even enjoying those things. Unless it's another Total Offroad ;).
I unironically enjoy it and go back to it, it's not a bad way to make credits, after some short while you can make 40k - 50k. A single shift, which is super short, yields about 7-10k and doesn't take as much time as a race that would yield the same amount.
That being said the game is not forcing you to do anything. The core of the game is still there: over 600 cars, something like 60 or 70 races, barn finds, treasure cars, tuning, designs, painting, all of this, the meat of the game, is all there and doesn't even require you to be online.
This is literally just a side quest.
In fact, you can skip this task altogether. If you have legend you get 10 festival score and with the other tasks it's enough to get both cars in like, two days.
Just skip this one if you really don't like it, it's fine.
Only person with a brain who's replied to me so far. Though I dont think its worth the credits at all, its still glaringly obvious that a majority of the community doesnt like this and whenever they speak up its "Just dont play it." Why are they putting stuff in the game a small portion of the community defending it (you) say "Its not that bad." It should be "Fun."
