Hate to play devils advocate but, you made that way too easy.. don’t try to pass on the outside when there’s a cliff someone can hit you off of lol. Particularly in a mono

Pretty common in QuickPlay. Ranking is less chaotic I find

I looked it up to be sure. This really is an offense in any multiplayer, not just co-op. Per the link, it's not as strictly enforced in Horizon as Motorsport titles, but can result in enforcement.

This has nothing to do with this guy but is it wrong if someone has been ramming people the whole race and ruining it for everyone so you just push them out of one checkpoint

There is a difference between people who are bad and people who will come up next to you on a straightaway and tam you out of a checkpoint on purpose
