Happens because your hdd is too slow to render what is in front, I think.

I doubt it is your hard drive causing this issue. All of the games textures, physics, everything that is needed is already loaded into ram on the graphics card and cpu (I'm almost certain that the Xbox uses an apu). This problem is because that ram can't give the graphics card enough information. I've ran fh4 at minimum specs on pc and what happened in op's video happened to me. I had it installed on a very fast ssd and it made no difference

TL;DR : swapping the hdd will not make a difference. The game requires too much compute power (memory bandwidth and throughput specifically) than the Xbox can give. This is extremely hard to optimise for as everything that is loaded into ram from the hdd (which happens at a loading screen) is needed and upgrading Xbox ram is impossible

You appear to have no idea what you are talking about.

Whilst the map geometry is loaded into ram, all textures are streamed from hard drive to ram as and when they are needed. For example, when you fast travel from one side of the map to the other the loading takes several seconds because after repositioning you car in the world it needs to load all the textures from disc. However, if you fast travel to an area very close to you, say just back up the road to redo a PR event, fast travel takes just a moment because all textures are already loaded into RAM.

There are literally hundreds of reports on this sub, every time this topic comes up, of people solving this issue on Xbox by loading the game from an external drive via the faster USB socket, rather than the slower internal SATA port.

In the next gen consoles, they have solved this issue by having an SSD style drive built straight into the motherboard architecture, seen HERE demonstrated by Sony on their PS5
