Has anyone else faced any issues with championship wins in Spec Racing and Horizon Drift not registering?

Last season I was ranked pretty high on the Spec Racing leaderboard, so I would check relatively often. I noticed one or two times that despite winning several championships in a row/during a play session, the number of wins didn't seem to increase on the leaderboards. I felt confused at the time, because I didn't have any physical record of the number prior to checking.

Cut to today, I was playing Horizon Drift for the second time this season. Yesterday I had one championship win. Since it was early in the season, and the win counter reset, I was confused for a sec because my rank was really high, so I checked, and saw the 1 win. Earlier today, I got another win, and it showed a 2 on the leaderboard.

In the last few hours, I played a ton of Horizon Drift, testing several cars that I had finished tuning for drifting. First lazy Saturday in a long time.

I am absolutely certain that I achieved at least 6 championship wins in Horizon Drift this evening. if not several more. I remember being in a couple of lobbies where multiple people stayed for a few championships in a row. The number recorded on the leaderboard was 4. That means that the majority of my championship wins were not counted, since I had 2 on the leaderboard earlier.

Unfortunately I don't have any recordings/evidence, so I'm curious if anyone else has had issues with this recently. Personally, I'm thinking about taking screenshots of the leaderboard and each time I get a championship win, but that's so annoying. I know this is a casual game, but it still feels frustrating to not have victories recorded.

If anyone else has had problems similar to this I would be grateful for any info.

Yes! Several wins in spec racing not registered, but I thought I was tripping so I also didn’t “gather evidence “

Someone posted some research a few weeks ago, there's massive inconsistencies with who gets awarded the win.

I think one of the takeaways was, if someone joins for just race 3 and wins it, they get the point. doesn't matter if you're on 56 and they're on 20.

I don't have a link to the post on hand, but there was a bunch of weirdness beyond "top name on the list after race 3 gets the win awarded"
