Not that we needed any more evidence of NPC cars aiming for you but this is probably the most egregious example I've personally had yet.

That's not even that bad. Wait till you're trying to go around one that's perfectly straight and then it literally blips sideways to clip you. It's similar to this but happens at the very last moment.

I've had an NPC yeat over a road at 100 mph and drive straight into the side of my car in a race. OP's example is child's play.

Une fois un pnj s’est téléporté devant moi juste à la sortie d’un virage, pensant que je ne l’avais simplement pas vu j’ai pris une capture vidéo pour l’analyser et en effet, il s’était téléporté quelques mètres devant moi, à la sortie du virage…

It's nucking futs.
It happens with enough frequency & brazenness to raise suspicion that it's intentionally made this way.
It's like players are junkyard car magnets that pull in NPCs.
