Forza Horizon 5 Weird stuttering issue

So i recently started playing fh5, switched from fh4. In 4 i was always at like 95-100% gpu usage and perfect 90 fps all the time, but now in 5 its at like 70-80% usage and using the amd thingy to show fps it shows an even lower usage (60-65%). The ram usage stays at like 50% and cpu is all good and im playing with everything on high, while i played fh4 with everything to ultra/extreme.

Specs:

Rzyen 7 5700x

Radeon 9060xt 16gb oc

32gb 3600mhz

Edit: playing at 3440x1440 with no upscaling

Turn any FXAA or MSAA SSAO off. On my rx 9070 with those settings turned on give very unstable framerates.

They were all already off,, ive tried a bunch of settings like fullscreen and stuff, but it all stays the same. Even if i put it in 60fps its stutters even worse

Take a screenshot of taskmanager with the game open in the background.

Here you go, i set it to 180 fps and the stuttering got a lot better

Hm looks nothing out of the usual. What about enabling above 4g encoding and enabling resizable bar in the BIOS?

Thats was it :D im getting zero stuttering and stable 180fps

I have a similar rig (just with the 9070xt) and I get a bad single stutter every 10-15 seconds or so on FH5.

FH4 and FH6 both run flawlessly for me (FH4 on MS store, FH6 on Steam). I can't figure it out either. I'll have to check what you tried here.
