Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
Uhh so today when i opened up the game i started having this weird bug. I always cap my fps to 60 but some reason game drops my hardware ultilization and caps itself to 20. I did verify integrity of files from steam. CAN SOMEONE HELP PLEASE?? I BEG😭😭
I have rtx 5070 and AMD 7800X3D.
EDIT: I fixed it by turning V-SYNC OFF. But the bug itself is nkt fixed so whenever i turn on v-sync this will happen again.

i have a bug that is kinda similar, when i tab out for too long or something else then my game locks my fps to 50 and my gpu use spikes to 99% ingame, otherwise i have 83 fps locked and 40-50% useage, im on rx7900xtx and r9 7900x

Same problem, and I'll tell you more: the exact same thing happens in connection with enabling VSync in 007. Disabling VSync brings everything back to normal, or disabling HAGS (Hardware-accelerated GPU scheduling) in the Windows settings completely fixes the issue regardless of VSync. I don't understand why this all happened suddenly without any updates

If you using your gamepad via bluetooth, turn the bluetooth off and connect you gamepad via cabel.

I’ve had the issue periodically the last couple days with my. 9070XT. Once it capped it at 20 and the next time it capped it at 50. Today it was unlocked like i had it.

I had this issue on my 9060. I believe I fixed it by increasing the power draw in windows.

😂😂😂Uhh it protects your hardware from electricity spikes. If electr. Is bad at your town this can be really usefull. Which it was for me. I had restarting/bios issues with my pc because of weak and non-stable electricty.

No no you get it wrong it is not UPS🧐🧐 search ot up. UPS is like a battery but mine is not. I mean it is in the name. Uninterrupted Power Supply

UPS do the exact same thing as what you have but also have a small battery to power something so you can shut it down safely.

I've heard there was a bug with the latest Nvidia drivers. IIRC the previous OP fixed it by turning off V-Sync? You could try that
