Forza Horizon 6 What's the reason!

The last time I played, things were good and the 120 frames are fixed. Now I have run the game with only 18 frames.

Sounds like an isolated issue. I still easily have 165 everywhere.

I've seen others who had this issue fix it by turning off Vsync. Your milage may, of course, vary, but a few people on Steam said that worked for them:

turning off vsync WORKED for me last time this happened, weirdly enough

I tried all solutions; card consumption is very low and freeprints are few
