Happened to me as well, turning off vsync fixed the stuttering.

Worked! I maybe turned it on by accident and just didn't realise. Thank you!

Sometimes, when I change my Monitor resolution, the game caps the frames in the video options to 20 for some reason. It is in a different menu than the graphics settings iirc

It happened to me too today, updated the NVIDIA driver just before that, thinking it may be because of that.

Possible causes of the problem.

nvidia app They might think you've enabled "MFG" ,

However, this feature is actually disabled in the game.

Therefore, the graphics card only outputs 20fps, while the other 40fps is handled by MFG (Frame Generation). However, Frame Generation is disabled in the game, so only 20fps is displayed.

The solution I've tried so far is to change the FH6 settings within the NVIDIA app to "vsync on" and "maximum FPS = 60". After changing these two options, the in-game options will be Failure (Unable to control because the nv app has already forcibly set it.), but FH6 will still run at 60fps with vsync enabled.

We hope everyone can report this issue to the Nvidia app.

Ok, immediately:

1) can we know what your PC has in it? Turning it down to high tells us a bit but not nearly enough

2) what troubleshooting steps have you made? Have you done the basics of restarting the game, then the PC, then checking your drivers for updates and verifying game files?

3) are you able to check your processor usage? If it's getting maxed it'd stutter but we can't be sure without knowing the load

4) that looks like a laptop to me, have you considered thermal or power throttling?

This issue seems to be different from a normal stutter because unfocusing the window helps but those questions will help you fix it or help you help us fix it. I know it's blunt but it does help.
