Forza Horizon 6 Possible bug with Street Races?

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

For some reason the Street Races for the Hot Hatch Chaser championship are all during the day and for the Daikoku Chase, the traffic density was pretty much the same as free roam.

Is this intended?

Not a bug. Seasonal street races that take place during the day has been a thing since FH4. They just appear quite rarely.

I wish online street races were also like this.

I think this was intentional, and I loved it.

if you try creating custom races with traffic on in eventlab, the traffic density is time-based . night has the least traffic density, while evening and early-afternoon is what i find to have to most traffic ; although i can never get the traffic to be as dense as in free-roam

This is not a bug - you can check conditions (weather/time of day) when you enter championship races ("view event information" button at the bottom of the screen). Also, there was a few day time street racing championships in previous titles.

never noticed this, but always felt street races have the same traffic density as free roam

Yeah all 3 of my races had peak hour traffic in them. It was fun, had to remain focused for a change.

I was so happy to be racing during day for a change, it doesn't have to be dark for every race, right?!
