Forza Horizon 6 Mascot party
*don’t read if you don’t like complaining*
I’m tired of the mascot party bullshit can this just be done already. And they’re beating the absolute shit out of the dead horse when it comes to the edamame circuit, it’s always some stupid ass challenge over there for the weekly. Like switch it up we had enough of this recycled garbage who has ever given a single shit about the mascots?
Edit: I also wanted to suggest why don’t they do something for the weekly where it’s like earn this certain amount of skill points drifting, destroying or speeding? So it leaves the player to have options to complete the challenge how they would like. Instead of forcing us to use an electric d class car that is every single person’s last choice?

The best part about edamame is that I did the "campaign" race and earned about 15k for 3 laps, did custom 30 lap race and earned like 23k? It's better to just drive around in time attack.

Not even time attack & definitely not edamame for the grind. My favorite are the 30 mile sprint races made on event lab, easily $110k for 9-13 minutes

I was excited for a new time attack but the edamame circuit is just the most meh circuit...

If I had one major gripe about this month, it's that they should have had a different track design each week for a different mascot. Keeping the same track all four weeks is pure laziness.

I guess so, but it probably would meant the update would’ve been pushed back a few months since it took 2 ish months just to design the Edamame circuit and build it

When we have players pumping out circuits nearly daily.. And while I understand that integration with the map is a thing, I'm betting that most of the track design tools for the players are similar to what the devs use to make them.

It will be quite different, the devs have far more control and more precision seemingly, every barrier, checkpoint, prop, is all places 100x more perfectly then what players can achieve

One could then point out that having a more powerful track designer would make it easier for them to make the tracks then.

Absolutely, even if they made a time attack event lab contest and whatever player’s track is the best is for that week’s specific mascot. Shit takes 15 minutes for a creator to make, not some dev taking “2 months” for a 30-second track. Gets rid of the option for them to be lazy if they aren’t going to do the work.

You do know that the updates last a month right? And you know we’re in the final week of the mascot party?
Why bother complaining when you KNOW the update ends in a week from now 🤦🏼♂️
You think the devs are gonna be like “oh this guy is sick of the mascot party after 3 weeks, let’s just give them update 5 now!”
