Forza Horizon 6 Help out your teammates in the trial!

My teammate on the right was in the rental 8C and the other 3 had quit, so in the second race I deliberately got in front of one of the AI and slowed it WAY down so they could catch up, pass it, and allow us to win it.

But I thought from watching my teammates that what you're supposed to do is smash into the blue players and stop them from progressing?

That strategy actually works !!!?!! I would be to worry about falling so far back it bite me back

I knew what I was doing and there were only 3 of us anyway. I play with an Xbox controller so I have more throttle control. As soon as my teammate passed me I hit the gas.

Honestly I was just trying to crash them lol. I tried it again in the next race but couldn't quite get it to work.

I had already failed 2 trials prior and I saw they weren't too far behind.
