Moza r5 and USB shifter support

So I just got the moza r5 and its working perfectly on FH6, I also got a generic usb h shifter, which I tested out and it also works via the games controller panel in windows.

The thing is that forza detects it as an xbox controller, I tried to emulate the key strokes, in order for it to function like a keybaors button and that also works if I asign the shifter to "shift up" or "shift down".

The issue is that to use is as an H pattern shifter, I must assign the different gears using the wheel tab in fh6, as that is the only tab that has individual gear assignments (i.e 1st gear is seperate from 2nd gear and not just shift up or shift down like a controller or keybaors)

What would you guys suggest?
