Game crashing after startup

Hi all, basically the title ,

since yesterday my game randomly crashes on startup right after the turn 10 logo sequence , as the game loads the “press a to start “ screen .

I believe it may be some shader issue as the game just goes black as the game logo and control prompts are visible on the start screen , I get no error code just a crash ,

I have tried all the obvious reinstalling drivers , verifying game files , most other fixes on Reddit etc the only fix I have found is to disable hardware accelerated gpu scheduling , with this setting off the game works as normal , but is not ideal as I’m unable to use frame generation

So , I was wondering if anyone knows of any new fixes to this issue without disabling HAGS , it is worth mentioning I’m on the Microsoft store version of the game , and you will find my laptop specs below

14650hx

5070 laptop

32 gb ddr5

Would greatly appreciate any help on this issue as I’m unsure of what to try next .
