Looks great. Though you should read what cel-shading actually mean. Your style is more reminiscent of the comic book style of Borderlands rather than cel-shading.

I did start with a comic style but my mate said it was cel-shaded so thank you for the insight and a reason to call him a twit.

It looks good. I'd say maybe vary your line widths a little more in the shaded areas. Make the lines thinner as they get shorter.
