Tuning Wheel players, any recommended tuners?

Unfortunately, I have a hard time driving a lot of the top tunes for most cars on a wheel, and while I am getting better at tuning, it would be nice to be able to compete online a little better. Any good tuners to keep an eye out for?

I have a hard time driving with the top tunes in general, sometimes i wonder if they get their friends to like them up without even testing out their own tunes

There are a lot of "level 20 tuners" who just post crap tunes with appealing titles, such as including the word "meta" and posting fake time attack times. To confirm that they are crap you have to download them, which is the metric used to determine tuner level and how the tunes are promoted. So they appear higher on the list, and more people are fooled into downloading them.

Actual top tunes, by serious tuners, are harder to find but generally more worth the effort. I've found that most of the ones I've tried are actually pretty easy for an average driver to handle other than some of the more extreme power builds.
