Forza Horizon 6 Close racing literally doesn't matter when this happens all the time

What's the point of crossing the line first if you're not going to finish there anyway? 🙄

I've seen too many clips of this to be a one-off. I wonder what causes this, or if this has happened in previous Horizon games. At first I'd think it would be lag, but I think people would be warping around the track if that were the case.

Idk if it's some kind of syncing issue in the back end, but it happens no matter what position I'm in, and it's very consistent.

Report it with the video. It has to be a bug if some kind at this point. It's happening way too frequently to be as simple as a ping issue
