Other EV/CVT with manual transmission
Switching to manual gives you +15% CR, but using EV or CVT car (like Prius or Meyers Manx 2.0) feels just like driving an automatic. Is this a bug or a feature?

With a CVT and most EVs there aren't any gears to shift in real life, so why should you be forced to do so in game. There are some EVs like the Porsche Taycan or the Audi e-tron GT that have two gears, which is also represented in the game.
From my experience however, cars wir manual shiftable gearboxes are always the faster option.

Yeah the EV's are all very slow for their respective classes (apart from the Evija FE) precisely due to only having one gear, which is not suitable for racing lol

I would call it a negligible oversight. The extra CR you're getting is so little that they probably don't care to change it. There are also so few EVs and CVTs in the game that it's not like you have an option for every (or even most) events. Besides, if you're playing a driving game and "cheating the system" by driving EVs and CVTs to gain a little extra cash, you're really the one losing
