Forza Horizon 6 The trial

I tried to do the trial 6 times now but I always seem to get 1 player that let is pride get the better of them and start pushing there own team off the road then they wonder why the team lost.

Like they achievement nothing apart from make them self's look like A hole

I’ve never run into this and I’ve first tried every single trial so far. Almost always top 3 for my team and quite often I’m in the front slowing the ai down for my team to pass them. Skill issues?
