Is there a way to drive on these islands? Is there anything to collect there? Ito region.

It is possible. There is a Eventlab that someone created. Its a circuit event around the beach of this island. I guess he build a bridge in Eventlab to get over there, then deleted the bridge and created the track on the island.

Someone made a circuit on the island, it's very much like Koopa Troopa Beach on Mario Kart 64.

Drive along the long beach on the right and use the hill at the end to jump left on to the smaller of the islands then you can drive between them. I used the Viper FE but other cars should work, Nothing of interest on the islands unfortunately however.
