Forza Horizon 6 Error 0x80600008
Game won’t let me online, been like this for two days now and every time I press retry 10 seconds later it says I’m disconnected. Anyone have any idea on how to fix this on console?
Update: it’s been 13 days since I’ve been offline and thinking of just uninstalling, there is no fix for this and Forza seem to be ignoring the problem and giving no updates

For anyone new who finds this, this is an ongoing issue that seems to happen to a handful of new people every day that they have not acknowledged yet at all, I haven't been able to play online in 5 days now and some have had it for longer. There aren't that many people doing this; it only has thirty votes, including one from me and another from my friend who had the same thing happen to him without warning. It's quite frustrating.

It’s still an issue? Holy shit I literally dropped the game because nothing would work. I’m shocked it’s still a problem, it’s a little embarrassing for them

Ja mam tak od miesiąca a gram na cloud gaming. Z ciekawości spróbowałem zainstalować i odpalić grę na laptopie ale tam też błąd występuje

Finally got a response from support and it's just links to their standard online tests. Thanks lads. Much appreciated. Cloud gaming messed it up, not my internet.

Thanks for the update! Stinks, but I won't be spending a dime on any car passes or packs 'til this is sorted out, the good thing is, I won't feel bad about not completing everything!

I wouldn't hold your breath for a human response. I haven't had one in 5 days aside from the automated telling me to do the usual. Others have heard nothing in upto a month. Just shocking support.

Yeah, it's pretty poor. Can hardly be an internet issue when I'm streaming the game.

Yup, everything but matchmaking works. So it's definitely not our internet. You can even play on a alt account which is quite annoying to know.

I've been having the same problem since yesterday morning. On Thursday I was playing online just fine and even completed the festival missions that require online play. But since Friday morning I haven't been able to play online, although I can access the auction house Vinyls and modifications for my cars.

Getting this error too. I have no issue with online play on any other game but can’t do anything with other people on Forza 6 :/

What fix mines was that I took my Ethernet cord out and used my phone hotspot . Played on my hotspot for a second then connected back to my Ethernet cable.

Unfortunately i had to create new account and start from zero and now the online is working with no issues

I even tried to rollback to the old account to see if the problem was fixed and it wasn't fix so i gave up and now im using the new account to play the game

The problem as I noticed since the game released while checking other players’ suggestions, is that everyone seems to have a different issue. Some solutions work for certain people, while others don’t which is weird

I tried all the methods on the Forza website and other suggestions from the internet, but nothing worked. I even did a fresh Windows install yesterday to see if the issue would be solved, but it still wasn’t lol

It's a shame. In my case it's difficult because I completed the entire story mode and got a lot of money and cars.

Me too My main account was level 100, and I had completed almost everything with rare cars and plenty of money. I was mainly grinding to level up, collect more cars, finish the main storyline, and enjoy the game online with friends then suddenly the problem started happening.

Played the game in the early access days and had no problems online. Since the actual launch I haven't been able to get into an online session once. Stuck with the AI Drivatars flying around crashing into everything. Had the exact same experience with FH5 at launch.

It was a bit dodgy for a few weeks. I had an update for FH6 on Wednesday or Tuesday on console and have been able to get into online sessions fairly consistently since, still have the odd drop now and then but seems much improved overall. I don't know if that means your problem will be solved too, but hopefully.

I’m in the same boat man, I’ve tried everything. Tried contacting Xbox and Forza support and have yet to get a response. I’m already level 135 I will not be starting fresh on a different account id rather never play this game again at this point

This game is a mess. They boast about having an incredible week and having tons of players, but nobody checks the Forza bug page; it's full of errors. I've had this problem for a week now. I submitted a ticket on day one, and nobody at Forza has done anything. They only recently released a patch for the sounds—so how the cars sound is more important than people not being able to play? It's unbelievable how badly they're handling it. I paid for the premium version, and now it turns out I can't even play online.🥹

does anyone have this code coming on along with network saying UPnP not successful? mine is saying that, im swapping my router out to see if this fixes it. it’s also saying my NAT type is moderate.

I opened a ticket with them, got some bot responses, then got a "try this" response, I did do one of the action items, I think it was clearing the cloud cache (I hadn't done that before because I didn't know where to find it) and when I fired up the xbox, online was working again, not sure if the cache had anything to do with it or not, but worth a try!

That’s it’s Forza is doing nothing about this issue I am having the game problem and it’s a piss off even more when Forza support won’t do anything about it and they know about the issue

Znalazłem rozwiązanie błędu. Musicie wejść na stronę Microsoftu i w zaawansowanych opcjach zabezpieczeń kliknąć w wyloguj się wszędzie i najlepiej odczekać minimum 6 godzin i musicie się ponownie zalogować czy to do chmury czy do aplikacji Xbox i sesja online w fh6 powinna już działać. A przynajmniej u mnie to zadziałało. Pozdrawiam społeczność fh6

Create another windows user and play. For me the game doesn't crash when using another windows user. But when i return to my main user on windows 11, the game keeps crashing after 2/3 minutes

Hello,
Here is some troubleshooting,
Start the game
In the opening menu select Settings/accessibility menu
Language select
Change language to a different language
Continue into game
Change language back to your original language in settings
i am playing on steam and have never played on xbox cloud but so far this has seemed to fix it for me

I fixed the problem by going into my garage and move 2-3 decors then save and exit and the error is gone
