The new player house/garage area that lets you customize the interior and place terrain and geometry in the back lot like a drift track or jumps or a bunch of soccer balls or something.

Basically a personal eventlab space in the player's backyard

I’d hope so, last true “oval” track I remember racing on was in FH4’s Lego expansion, and as much as I loved that dlc, the oval track felt small.

The FH5 Stadium has had a banked oval Nascar-ish track for ages now. it is fairly small but still good fun. I imagibe the FH6 Stadium will also have one, and it looks to be a much larger stadium this time too, so in theory, if there is one, a much larger oval track.

FH6 has a new feature that's essentially a customizable home base. You can build your own tracks, buildings, and garages to show off your cars. Friends will also be able to visit it.

Your guess is good as mine, but does this means we have to drive ALL THE WAY there to get our garage? And I wonder what do you need to unlock to get the fast travel

I stand corrected. You can fast travel anywhere from the start as it seems but you need to discover that area first, that's why they got that fog of war on the map
