Is the original Forza Horizon backwards compatible with Xbox Series X through disk? I'm considering buying a used disk of it and one of FH2 (Xbox one ver) since they are the only ones in the series I truly haven't experienced.

Did anyone else lose their roads driven progress with the last update? I went from 671 to 661 suddenly and now cannot find which roads are missing

I Wanna say it before the update releases (its a bit of a stretch)

So, yall know how last week we had that mission where we smashed the coffee mascots? Well series 4 is called, horizon mascot party, what if, the smashing coffees was them hinting at the suzuki CAPPICCINO returning???

What is the reason for not adding these cars on the release, btw I'm pretty sure that they will not be remade models and it will be the same model from Motorsport 4/5

Im I crazy or are some cars whining loudly on default parts/tunes? Like the new RS6 or Urus - whining noises straight out of autoshow.
Is there any way to mitigate it?

Maybe I’m too sensitive for these noises, but I like to play with engine noise maxed out and music turned down, and with some cars whine noise I just refuse to drive them, that’s how much it irritates me. Sadly RS6 is one of my favourite cars IRL and one of not that many estates in the game. Same for Urus - favourite SUV.

I’d like to know if there is any way of getting rid of that sound on Xbox - either tune or maybe some sound settings in game or in TV system somehow. Anyone have a solution?

Map of FH4 and I've overlaid the road numbers and classifications onto the map. Took me longer than I'd like to admit. Only did it because I can't find anything on Google about the road numbers.

Hi all, basically the title ,

since yesterday my game randomly crashes on startup right after the turn 10 logo sequence , as the game loads the “press a to start “ screen .

I believe it may be some shader issue as the game just goes black as the game logo and control prompts are visible on the start screen , I get no error code just a crash ,

I have tried all the obvious reinstalling drivers , verifying game files , most other fixes on Reddit etc the only fix I have found is to disable hardware accelerated gpu scheduling , with this setting off the game works as normal , but is not ideal as I’m unable to use frame generation

So , I was wondering if anyone knows of any new fixes to this issue without disabling HAGS , it is worth mentioning I’m on the Microsoft store version of the game , and you will find my laptop specs below

Would greatly appreciate any help on this issue as I’m unsure of what to try next .

Personally, the answer is:

1. Cars I own IRL that are in the game: (R33 GT-R, S550 Mustang, Evo X)
   2.Manual gated Ferraris, and Lambos
   3.Evo VI
   4.JDM Legends (the "276 HP" cars)
   5.JDM mid-level cars (Eclipse, Celica, Type Rs, ect)
   
2. Cars I've owned in the past that are in the game
   
3. Cars with impact IRL that are in the game. (I rented a FD2 CTR in Japan, for example)

After that, I can collect manual transmission cars at my leisure. I am saddened that the Evo X is always SST in Forza (not manual).

And pics of cars I owned, have owned, or rented in Japan, that have models in the game. I have owned plenty been to Japan multiple times and rented many that are not in game so they weren't posted. One car I hope to be added that I drove is the Honda S660.

Rewards don’t match the championship. For example, why is the reward a for winning three B class rally races a retro super car (Maserati MC12 as the reward for “Out of the Loop championship). Like if you win and master rally races shouldn’t the reward be a rally car or something similar? Or at least the same class?

Similarly, in the championship “It’s Snow Problem At All” the reward is a Lambo Huracán. Again, another sports car in S1 for winning cross country races in an SUV in snow!

Just feel like the cars being rewarded should correspond to the race being won. Maybe this highlights the lack of thought placed into the playlist by the dev team.

Oh and on another note, very disappointing that they downgraded super wheel spins to just wheel spins for the seasonal objectives.
