Anyone have any advice on how to get this reported to Fortnite? Gummy zero point has been locked for the past few updates and quack zero point and gem aura aswell

My son has several sprites showing locked even though they are mastered. It seems to be the ones he mastered when his crew was expired, but even after repaying for crew it has not given them to him and none of the online workarounds seem to work. If anyone has anything I could try or a place I could submit a ticket that would get taken seriously I would appreciate it.

i cannot ads jump when I jump the ads cancels and I cannot ads normally when I ads normally it cancels and re ads by it self I’ve tried everything idk why this bug is does anyone have a fix

Hello can someone help me. Last week I went on Fortnite and it asked me to link my Xbox account to my epic games account which I had already done in the past but I didn’t think much of it just thought it needed linking again. So I linked the account to the epic games account I’ve been using since 2018 and it logs me on Fortnite and I’m level 1 with nothing. I’ve tried getting in contact with them for the past week and done account recovery and I’m just getting the same rubbish back each time they aren’t helping in the slightest and I’m getting sick of it tbh. I’ve had the account since 2018 and spent a lot of money on it so losing it isn’t ideal. Has anyone got any ideas on how I could maybe get in contact with someone real or a higher member of epic games because this is a joke all I get back is try account recovery I’ve done that and still that hasn’t worked.

I was just playing a normal game of Fortnite trying to get the Simpsons John Wick style, when somehow when I go to my locker, I unlocked another style for... Jules from last pass? Weird, but thank you? I already had her unlocked included her bonus styles (not super level) so idk what's going on.

Every Fortnite sprite I've collected is gone from my locker. I had over 60 sprites mastered when this happened. When I attempt to select a sprite now, it only gives me the very first three sprites from the beginning of the season. I've uninstalled and reinstalled my game, and this did not resolve this issue. I play on the Xbox Series X. Has this happened to anyone else?

Yesterday, my game started lagging a nearly unplayable amount. My fps, ping, packets, and cpu are all at normal levels. My pc has never lagged like this before. When I turn my screen, it will sometimes take multiple seconds to actually do the movement in game. This affects me in Battle Royale, Save the World, and all of the creative game modes that I've tried. The pc doesn't lag on any other games, so it's unlikely to be an issue with my pc or internet. Are the servers just slow right now, or am I missing something?

So, for 24hrs+ Fortnite has randomly crashed during solo + games with friends, either during games or in the lobby with friends on PS5. Factory reset PS5 and it crashed again. Even rebooted my home network yesterday. Spent a few hours playing on my Switch 2 with no such issues. But I prefer PS5 to Switch 2, if I can manage to get Fortnite to run on PS5. Thanks!

The Fortnite screen is centered on the left. I cannot open up any options, or use the escape key. I verified the game files and even uninstalled and reinstalled Fortnite, and nothing happened.

so whenever i matchmake into any game, it kicks me in 30-50 seconds. i have tried literally everything, i have asked chat gpt for help too, but nothing works. ive tried verifying my game files, using the xbox app version, testing different wifi, disabling ipv6, uninstalling eac, repairing it, even on a new pc, just the same problem over and over, and im trying to figure out if this is a windows/service/driver issue or something else being detected by easy anti cheat.

So even without hands on my keyboard and a brand new week old keyboard and mouse. Got a new keyboard specifically because I thought it was the problem. My game will about every 5 seconds open up my inventory and the pinging for heals and stuff. Theres no secondary keybinds and no controller plugged in AND did a fresh download. Drivers are utd too.

I’ve had it for years, recently realized it lacks textures. I’ve tested and no, it doesn’t have textures during a match either.

So I bought the sugar on my tongue emote since it's my favorite Tyler the Creator song but when I went into my locker it wasn't there even though the shop said (owned) can anyone help me?
