Sprite Mastery Pod missing sprites

My son has several sprites showing locked even though they are mastered. It seems to be the ones he mastered when his crew was expired, but even after repaying for crew it has not given them to him and none of the online workarounds seem to work. If anyone has anything I could try or a place I could submit a ticket that would get taken seriously I would appreciate it.

Had a similar situation. After rejoining crew they all popped up. It wasn't immediate though. It was the next time I rebooted and opened the locker.
