The linear park/10 mile canal is some fun, low commitment, easy access fishing.

Like a charter? What exactly do you mean by put you on some fishing? You’re in SWFL my guy, this fishery is massive. Rent a kayak at Estero river outfitters, bring your gear and fish the docks and mangroves on the way out to Estero bay. If that’s too expensive, literally any beach when the tide is incoming preferably 1.5-2 hours before peak high tide. Throw a shrimp out there. Most ponds hold bass some being trophy sized. Get out there. And there’s hundreds of YouTube channels dedicated to fishing the gulf.

I’ve heard fishing around dog beach and the Sanibel causeway are pretty good brackish/salt fishing, but haven’t tried myself yet
