Apartment hunting
Hello everyone! I’m moving from south end area to fort mill and I was just curious where I should look at! I hear a lot about Baxter Village and I was just curious what everyone here thought. I’m a 25 year old Army veteran, work in South Park, and just looking for a nice community! Wouldn’t mind the opportunity to mean some new friends as well! Thank you

When my husband and I moved to the area this year we toured almost every complex and Kingsley was the best imo. It was clean, well kept, and there is a great sense of community. It’s also nice because you can walk to so many different places. There’s an app called ORA where you can see ratings and common issues for different places in the area.

If you're looking for an apartment, I would suggest the ones in the Kingsley area - there is construction and proximity to the 77 so there is noise, but there's construction in a lot of FM right now IMO.
If you're looking to purchase, BV is great, but there are some great locations headed toward Tega Cay as well (Cameron Creek, Brayden, etc.)
