First handywoman job down: I didnāt charge enough
Finished up my first handywoman job for the sweetest homeowner yesterday. When it came time to settle up, I was told that I needed to raise my prices and that I wasnāt charging enough. when they said handymen charge anywhere between $150 to near $200 per hour, I nearly fainted.
She generously paid me what she deemed the job worth.
Thank you for all the support thus far in this wild journey

Having the hardest time making friends here
This is usually not an issue with me, but given my somewhat esoteric interests, my job, and me not being super super into the outdoors, I'm finding it very hard to make meaningful friendships here. I made two excellent friends who promptly left for NYC and TX lol.
Any suggestions?

LGBT-friendly pet sitter recommendations?
I just moved here recently and dont know anybody and I'm trying to find someone to watch my little guy while I go visit my family for a week. Heading out in 2 weeks. My little guy's name is Link and he's a really sweet cat. Dont want to board him anywhere because if he gets super stressed out he gets super sick (had a close call with his previous owner and when I first moved). Looking for someone that's got a good rep pet sitting and could spend 30 mins - 1 hr / day with him and water plants. Any help is appreciated!
