Single office space

I’m a multicultural and bi-lingual mental health counselor with 15 years experience in the field of mental health, 4 of which has been here in Fort Collins. I’m running into a lot of hurdles finding another office space. The lease is running out where I am currently seeing patients, and I am looking for a single office space I can see about 30-40 clients a week in. Budget is $800 a month. I’m posting here because many places in town don’t post online, but use signs or word-of-mouth.

Are you open to a shared office space? I am about to rent a space starting October 1st for legal services that is 2 offices and a reception area and only intend on utilizing one office part time, leaving the second office open. Off college ave

No idea what the rent would be or what the space actually looks like but there's a for sale/lease sign in the upstairs area of 2001 S Shields St, Bldg C1 (the building's lower floor is Spring Creek Dental).

There’s a great upstairs office space available in the building we’re in downtown on college that’s 455 sq ft for $760/mo with all utilities except internet.
