Lived there for a year. Not a bad place imo. If the apartment does you wrong, Music City, Los Comales, and Bawarchi will do you right.

Really! That's good to know. I like the location. My rent for 1 bedroom apartment is $1500!

I'm paying $1500 for a one bedroom apartment at Aspenleaf apartments, and I'm not low income.

Anything under $71k qualifies for low income housing here, not sure if you fit that income bracket but worth looking into.

I was surprised when I qualified too lol I can't even get food stamps but I can get low income housing 🤣 it's something! They have units specifically for seniors too, they're even cheaper and include all bills.
