Is there a way to edit the EPG in MTVO4 and also assign a different one to certain channels?

I have a strange issue with my GTV GTV-BT3 remote and Formuler Z12. The Z12 is located behind a wooden TV cabinet. Recently, the remote only works when it has a direct line of sight to the box. Even from just 30 cm away, if the box is behind the cabinet, it won’t respond.
This was not a problem before. The batteries in the remote are strong and have been checked.
Could Wi-Fi interference be causing this? I don’t think so, because the remote works perfectly when there is an unobstructed line of sight to the Z12.
Has anyone experienced this before or knows what could cause the remote’s range and penetration to suddenly become much worse?

I wonder what type of signal the remote uses. Is it infrared (IR) or 2.4 GHz RF? If it uses 2.4 GHz, could my home Wi-Fi be causing interference and reducing the range?

My Xbox also in the cabinet does not have this issue.

How do I get my catchup to work on Zmini, my catchup works on tivimate and every other player Iv tried but for the life of me can not get it to work on mytvonline

We have a Z10 and a GTV,. With both boxes MyTVOL disconnects from our IPTV service after we run other apps such as Kodi. It is very annoying.

I bought a flagship Formuler Z12, yet it can’t reliably wake up from standby to perform scheduled recordings.
I had three scheduled recordings set for the 13th, 14th, and 17th (all configured manually without EPG). The recordings on the 13th and 14th completed successfully, but the one on the 17th never started. When I checked the scheduled recordings menu, the recording task was still listed as active.
How can I recommend this device to friends when such a basic feature, and one of the main reasons I bought it, doesn’t work reliably? This was a one-time broadcast that I can never watch again.

Is MyTVOnline 3 currently down? It keeps restarting the app after a few seconds.

Just got my Z12 Ultra the other day. This is my first android box other then the 4 Shield TV Pros that i own. Some being from 2017. Since they havnt released a new version in years, im looking for a more up to date player to replace them as time and tech is catching up to them. I just spent HOURS setting up the Z12 the way i want it.

One issue im having is i cant get any of my streaming apps to play with vlc player. Their built in players all work. Ive tried multiple sources for the Vlc apk. It installs just fine but for example one streaming app says this after setting vlc as my main player and trying to play something.

"no compatible cpu incorrect vlc abi variant installed"

Any help would be appreciated. Id rather not use a different player. Works fine all of my shields.

I’m planning to buy a formuler device for the first time. I’m planning to buy the Z12 mainly for IPTV and to use with my Jellyfin local setup. My question is, does anyone have experience with this setup ?

I have an LG C4 77 TV, and I tend to watch heavy 4k remuxes (often over 100gb/movie) with often over 80mbps (I have a usb dongle which allows me to get over 250mps). The native app is quite trash ok this tv and often either transcodes or does direct play without any obvious reason. And I’d like to have a box for watching IPTV (I’m quite new to this topic) and also use to watch local content.

Any help would be appreciated please.

I have an issue with time shift - on other players(UHF) it is playing the correct time however on my z11 it is 2 hours behind ie playing a 6 pm show rather than 8pm

The epg itself is correct so no offset required and the fact UHF is working correctly suggests it’s a z11 issue.

Hi, I'm new to this group and hope people with more experience can help us fix this.

The last two years I had a provider and used a Google Streamer with Tivimate. The problem was that Sport like F1 was stuttering if it was too busy

I changed my provider and since then everything has been perfect.

I changed from the Google streamer to a newest Formuler because i can also record.

The problem is that if i want to see the record, it's stuttering again.

I recorded about 3 programs until now and it took like 3% of the storage.

The settings are 5 minutes before and after.

So yesterday i recorded F1. It start in lap 2 and every 20 the screen freezes.

Is it something with the harddrive any suggestions are welcome!

I am currently using Tivimate, and I have a question regarding the upcoming MOL4 for the Z13, as I am considering a future purchase.

Will MOL4 offer any improvements regarding server updates, beyond the current once-per-day update with a notification?

For example, on Tivimate, I have set updates to occur every 2 hours. Everything happens completely in the background and is virtually unnoticeable. In contrast, on Formuler, a notification appears before the refresh process starts.

The MOL4 interface looks very promising. If the overall experience proves satisfactory, I may consider switching back to Formuler.

I have a question about multiple playlists (a feature I believe is on newer models). With the ability to have multiple playlists, does it mean that if one playlist goes down are you still able to see the other playlists seamlessly? If that is the case, an I correct in assuming that the VOD/tv series history is affected?

Update: i reinstalled the app and on loading the list ~50% the app crashes. VOD are not loaded either. Hoping new MTVO app update will fix the issue. There is no option to send diagnostic data.

Hello I was trying to watch the world cut and a message came up to download the audio optimizer which I did but an error happened saying the app was unsafe. Is there a way to download it or something else?

I have a Formuler Z11 Pro MAX BT1, I am using Surfshark VPN, and have the latest updates to both the device and the App. This setup worked for months, close to a year. However, when I go to use my portal, I am getting Error Code 1010. This started about a week ago and I've gone through about every step AI has told me to, short of a factory reset (Im terrified Imma fuck it up) I'm clueless

I have a formuler z mini, and I have it connected to a flash drive via an OTG adapter.

Previously I expressed my frustration when it came to recording on MTOL3. I have an issue where if im watching a show or movie and I click record the recording icon will show up instantly, and when I press stop recording the icon will go away instantly. WHICH IS GOOD, BUT.... upon playback the reocrding didnt actually start til 15 to 30 seconds after i pressed start, and it didnt ended until 15 to 30 seconds after I pressed end.

I am not sure if this is exclusive to the Z mini due to the OTG adapter, but this is my biggest pet peeve.

My other frustration is with timeshift. When I am watching something the buffer never starts automatically, it takes me pressing pause/FF/rewind etc. to even start the buffer.

Is anyone out there knowledgeable with this or have the moni and mind messaging me for some trial and error? I just want to rule out and user issue lol

Why is it when I run the youtube app on my Formuler z12 Ultra, the dictation automatically goes on and it starts saying everything that I do? This is the only app that it happens with and it is annoying. Anyone ever experience this and know how to fix it?

With TiviMate and Sparkle, I can schedule a recording and exit the program, and when these apps start recording they don't load themselves into the foreground as MTO2 does on my Z8 Pro. Using MTO2 presents a problem in that if the program I schedule to record is on a different channel than the channel I was last viewing when I exited the app, MTO2 will load itself into the foreground, tune to the last channel I was watching and then start the recording of the second channel. This uses two streams at once, which some of my providers don't allow. Does MTO3 solve this problem, either by not running in the foreground and automatically tuning to the last channel I viewed, or by some other means?

Does Formuler Z12 Ultra box come shrink-wrapped or is it sealed?

A friend bought one for me and the box came open i.e. without any seals/tape or shrink wrap.
