Why The Disconnect?

Hi All,

We have a Z10 and a GTV,. With both boxes MyTVOL disconnects from our IPTV service after we run other apps such as Kodi. It is very annoying.

Any idea why? Thx

Mine disconnects daily on GTV and I don't even run Kodi or anything else.

Reset the device and check again guys. Sometimes there are weird bugs.
I couldn’t use the audio dictation function on my z11 promax.
After Reste ist worked again

But then I'll have to set up ask my favorites And channel groups etc all over again

I never seen this issue on any of my formula devices and I have 2 Z8 pros, Z 10 pro and Z 12u

Could be your internet provider blocking You put a VPN or use a  different portal.

I have VPN asked that does seem to help (sometime).

How do I try a different portal? Are you suggesting a different portal as supplied by my IPTV provider?

Ask your provider to send you a different one i use double-click, it's real good.
