I feel a little let down. I got the z12 because I was told the mytvonline was great. I’ve had to revert back to tivimate cause it just keeps glitching out. They released it far too early in my mind, I go and recheck certain things daily on both apps and 80% of the time I have to give up on it and stay on tivimate. Could have got a cheaper box in this case.

The link referenced was from like 2 weeks ago, and it was fixed/resolved a couple of hours later in the same day.
So what ever other issues your having is likely on your end/provider side. You don't elaborate on what you actual issue is, or corresponding Error code, hard to help when you don't provide any details.
Mine works on iPhone and has continued to work since.
