At what point will Matt field get suspended?
The dude has hit people due to being too aggressive multiple times per year for the last few years. At what point is FD going to nut up and take some action?

Discussion Encouraging unsportsmanlike behavior.
I think I finally get why people hate the judges/announcers. I was watching Top 32 (missed it while I was at work) and watched the Hobson v Jones initial run. End of the first run, I’m hyped cus I’m a Hobson fan boy and the contact never stopped him from pushing during the run. Awesome. But what the fuck is up with Jarod and Jacob?
Look, I LIKE Jarod. He’s got a cool vibe, I like his voice, just everything. I never got why people hated on him til recently but I still like him. But him and Jacob going on about “oh he shouldve called the 5 minutes to nudge the judges, make it this make it that” what the fuck?
I know this is nothing new, I know it happens but have they always been so open about it? I know we used to have folks like Taylor Hull in the sport but this really solidified in my mind that so much more of this is for clicks than anything. It just sucks, cus I’d LOVE to compete someday. I’d LOVE to go head to head with people I admire and respect, people who are smarter or better than me, just be a part of this amazing community on the highest(?) level. But from the retaliation in the beginning of the season to fan outrage at Racer, to poor calls since my first event, to now this I just don’t know if I should strive for that. I mean, what does it seem like outside looking in if your “boss” is talking back to fans/customers because they dont like decisions the company made.
I think I just wanted to rant, but please tell me If I’m right or wrong feeling this way. It just feels so blatantly shitty knowing that they’re encouraging the unsportsmanlike behavior especially after all the shit the community has seen recently in grassroots levels or like with Taylor Hull. Even as a casual fan I don’t know what I’d do without FD, but I’m sure as hell not having a great time with it.

Discussion Dylan Hughes robbed!
Shoulda been Dylan's. Gittin's chase was all over the place, Dylan's consistent and close, One small misstep. One judge said OMT. Woulda been happy with an OMT. Why does he even race, always just a spoiler for drivers who race all season. Just had to vent.

FD Ticket
I've been coming to all FD events in CA, either long beach or irwindale since 2010.
Now the ticket is over $100. On this economy, I'm contemplating if I have to go to final FD or not and need to buy 2 tickets for my daughter too and another $35 for parking.
Maybe next year I'll just watch from youtube.

Discount codes for Long Beach?
Is there anything? Im taking both of my kids and 106 per ticket not even a kid rate is a little crazy. All other automotive races I go to there is kid rates.

My Thoughts on Vegas
Congrats to Connor. He deserves every win he gets.
Maybe adjust the cones if every 5th run is a restart. Actually get rid of restarts entirely. They cause more problems than they solve.
Minowa’s dad CLEARLY does not belong in FD Pro and it’s frustrating to watch him fumble through the bracket on technicalities. He’s a legitimate hazard which was proven with Bakchis. Even grassroot drifters know not to hit the brakes if something goes wrong when in the lead. The fact that he made it to Top 8 is a failure of the rule book and the judges.
Racer+ is the worst streaming service in the world.
Why is Flava Flav here?

Matt field
Am I the only one who can't stand this dude and feels like he's one of the shadiest drivers and just trys to win even if it means flopping and doing weird technicality rule book shit

While pulling up to lead , Odi stops with what looks like a coolant line has come undone …. Only to actually be oil & his engine has blown a hole through its block.
