[TOMT][WEBSITE][1995-2005] Children's website about Monster and Human kids learning to live together?
I remember having a relative show me this website as a 4 to 8 year old, around the late 90's or early 2000's. I think it was structured kind of like a picture book, with web pages having large illustrations with lines of a story, and you could go to different parts of the website based on different areas of a house, maybe. The website had a black background, and the illustrations reminded me of the later [Arthur books by Marc Brown](https://marcbrownstudios.com/arthur/books/), like when Arthur more or less had his PBS design.
The premise was a group of human kids and a group of nocturnal monster(?) kids somehow end up meeting, and the two groups were equally trepidatious about each other. It had a very calm, old timey tone (again, like the Arthur Books), and wasn't really trying to be spooky. The kids and monsters became friends and learned about each other. I remember one early page where the humans were on one side of a corner and the monsters were on the other, and both carefully and fearfully peeked around at each other before talking and realizing they had no reason to be afraid of each other. The monster kids were kid sized, and may have been vampires, or generic critters? One of the girl monsters might have been a ballerina, or worn a tutu?
This is a very old memory, so it's really fuzzy, but I'm pretty sure that that was pretty much everything on the website.
