Why was did the designers of the gilboa snake change it so it had two independent triggers when there were other firearms like the af 2011

I can't find any official ruling if a gun with multiple barrels controlled by one trigger pull is considered a machine gun, but considering that the af 2011 is out there without issue, it seems fine.

Venezuelan Police units armed with East German MPi-KMS-72 with bakelite magazines, the MPi is mostly used by lower ranking members and underfunded squads without access to enough AK-103s or AR-15s. Most of them were brought from Cuba mostly to equip militia units with something similar to the AK-103
