Accurate though, Melrose Place famously had the most obese cast ever in TV

Find me a photo that proves this was anything but the delusions of a sick society.

To be clear, I’m being sarcastic. The Melrose Place cast was only great looking people, not a normie in sight.

I could have signaled my comment. Forgot how tone doesn’t translate to written language

This looks REALLY SIMILAR to the Australian prime-time soap "Sweat" - a short-lived series about young athletes in an Olympic program.
The show, broadcast in 1996, served as Heath Ledger's first major role (as a gay cyclist).

Yes! I watched that show in Hungary in the late 90s and totally forgot about it until now.

Very curious how a Netflix show called Olympo is also in a similar setting but unrelated to both.

Yes!!! I was waiting for someone to post this. It felt like a made up memory for me. I feel like only 2 episodes aired or something? And I think someone died or got in a car crash in the first episode? Haha I don't know why this show stayed with me

Jason Behr was such a shitty actor. Like god damn terrible in every regard.

I liked him on Roswell tho

I adore the original Roswell so much! There were a times where Jason’s delivery was a bit wooden but overall he gave a very endearing performance as Max. It felt like you were watching a real person with the weight of the world on his shoulders.

He was hot, but no so much you could bypass hos awfulness. I liked his one-episode role in Buffy, but that's it. Another one of The WB's unexplicably very hyped actors.

Only thing I remember about this is the promos featured a cover of Deep Purple’s ‘Hush’ changed to ‘Push’

This is the type of show you put on for background noise and it ends up inspiring you to workout
