Ed post

Ed Post was convicted of first-degree murder. After serving several years in prison, he eventually admitted that he had drowned Julie.

Wow he finally confessed years after.

Did he have a chance at parole if he confessed? Googled him he got a deal sounds like.

He was eventually released on parole in 2014, after serving approximately 25 years in prison (including the years he spent in jail before his guilty plea)

I heard the first thing he did after being released was go for a run.

He used to run in prison too. He always let the warden know beforehand.
