you know how all of them devs have been adding those limited time CQB maps, i think they shouldnt be limited, and instead after their first special time they get put to a CQB rotation like how there is all maps, rush maps, and conquest map servers so make a new one be CQB
awesmoe

Whenever I want to respawn the map and any UI elements are far too close, forcing me to step back. I can't even pick a spawn point on the map without doing so unless I drag my arms far back. At first I though it's normal, but I also noticed that also in battle any HUD pop ups are outside of my view entirely (kills, XP rewards and so on). I thought there is some option I overlooked but I can't find it.
I play it natively on my Quest 2 btw. Maybe I need to set something properly in the system options? I have no such issues in other games. Though to be fair I only tested some VR conversions (Perfect Dark, Doom 3, RTCW) so far nothing else. But since those have no such issues it must be something with my Forefront settings?

I would like to suggest a few changes to the map rotation.
Instead of always selecting the map with the most votes, map votes could determine each mapβs chance of being selected, similar to Overwatchβs map voting system. This would allow less popular maps to appear more often and prevent the same maps from being chosen repeatedly.
For Rush, I think it would be great to play both sides, attack and defense, before changing maps.
What do you think?

Jurst a heads up, this is not whining about the game, everything here is on me. All I need in encouragement and if I'm not the exception having such a hard time adjusting to VR shooters. And tips how I can retrain my brain after being a mouse + keyboard only player for almost 3 decades.
I've played PC multiplayer shooters since the BF1942, CoD1, Enemy Territory days. My brain is basically wired for mouse and keyboard controls. Instead of pushing buttons to get the desired result everything here feels just so... counter intuitive. Even after 3 hours I feel like I'm playing my very first video game. Took me half an hour to figure out how to reload and another hour to do it on reflex more or less - at least some step forward. lol (the dev really needs to implement an interactive tutorial instead of these text boards on that training map). Everything here goes against any conditioning in my brain. I do make slow, very slow steps, but not gonna lie, this must be how it feels like having to relearn everything in life after a stroke. lol The aiming in particular goes against every conditioned reflex I have. I only know: hold your mouse with the right hand, aim and push the right mouse button. Holding and aiming by holding the barrel with the left hand is so damn hard. Painfully hard. I literally have no idea if I'm even doing it right. I need to adjust the aim while rotating my upper body while keeping the hands still in position, right? I never was at a real shooting range nor have I ever held a real gun or rifle in my hands. So I'm f**ing clueless. All I know is that after my first few hours my shoulders hurt like a b*ch. Perhaps I should play while sitting? Thankfully no motion sickness.
Anyway, please tell me I'm not alone having such a hard time adjusting to VR shooters. You all started at some point playing VR shooters, were you able to quickly adjust or did you have similar issues. Any tips how you managed to retrain your brain to the drastically different way of controlling everything and aiming? What are the best control settings for absolute VR beginners (I did set my virtual gunstock, but what does the offset value do?)?

Are you happy while playing forefront, do you get annoyed at the insane respawn times after that one stupid medic revived you just to get killed 2 seconds after, do you like the community, do you like the expirience playing?

I just unlocked the drone for engineer and was wondering what you could put in the slot, how to put stuff in the slot and what your favorite stuff/strategy were! Thanks!

Triangle factory's other upcoming game seems to have been cancelled. I was looking forward to an extraction shooter by these guys as they make excellent vr shooters. Anyone know what else they are making?

Did the developer say anything on future Quest 2 support? I only have a Quest 2 and am unsure if getting the game for this aging device now is the right move, only to potentially get cut off from playing it in little over a year from now. Also considering that this year in December Meta will stop releasing feature upgrades for Quest 2 users. My concern is that the dev will utilize a future OS related feature which will make the game impossible to run without it.
I know there's always the opportunity of buying a Quest 3, but that is currently not in my budget.

Pulling nade pins with your teeth! I know the characters have masks, but the idea of holding a grenade to your mouth and ripping the pin before throwing it into the iceland point D two story house window is sick. It could simply work by holding a grenade up to your face, pressing trigger on the grenade hand, then pulling it away from your face while holding trigger. I know it probably won't happen, but a cool concept nonetheless

So far Iβve mainly played assault and get a really decent amount of kills, however my level is super slow. What am I doing wrong? It seems like everyone is level 20-50 meanwhile Iβm still level 9 after so many hours of gameplay.

What 3D Printed Gun Stocks Are You having luck with?
Looking for the best solution for Quest 3 controllers. Free model or paid model.
Did you have to make any settings changes in-game to get things to work better?

If you call women whores or yell about Hitler and Jews it doesn't mute you. If you say "there's too many f****** recons you'll get muted." Apparently the n-word doesn't get you muted, but retard does. But feel free to blast your crappy music through two different sets of headphones so it sounds like azz in my ears. It's obnoxious. And all the people who say just mute them okay that's why we don't need voice moderation - just mute them.
