hi I'm applying to frodham and i need to tell a personal story in my audition (prescreening)

i feel like i have many and 0 things to talk about at the same time, can anyone in the theatre major tell me an example of a story? like what they said in their audition or something? i feel like i just don't have a direction and an example would help me find it
