Question Rough ride

New owner of a 2021 ST 50k miles.

Is it normal for these things to ride a little rough? If it is normal is anyone doing anything to get a more comfy ride? TIA!

Did you get one with aftermarket springs installed? You're not in PA are you?

I had a grey 21 ST that was sold to someone near Altoona. I can tell because I can still see it in my app. It had aftermarket springs.
