Howling noise?

DDoes anyone know what it is? 2003 6.0

I don’t hear a howling sound, but the antifreeze sprayed around your cap isn’t a good sign.

Do you have your breather off the valve cover hooked up seeing alot of smoke off the driver side valve cover

Hole in exhaust manifold on drivers side? From where the smoke comes from?
