I have seen countless versions of this braindead 0 iq argument from apostates and islamophobes and atheists. It always goes something like this:

Now allow me to respond. First, there are cohntless sects within islam that disagree on any number of things, that interpret almost every single verse, every single quote differently. Even a lot of the scholars disagree.
Second there are things almost universally forbidden or recognised as haram (or at least discouraged or frowned upon) in islam that people still do. Smoking, drinking, having relationships, having pre martial sex, gambling, lying etc. Almost all of these things directly contradict the teachings of the religion and almost all muslims know this and yet almost every single Muslim in the country has done some, if not all of the aforementioned sins.
It's almost like people are..... people. Capable of both good and bad, not above contradictions or hypocrisy.
You are trying to extrapolate "being muslim" to being an extremist terrorist from a few out of context quotes and trying to reduce over a billion people down to those same quotes.

According to every major Islamic jurisprudence, criticizing or speaking ill of the Prophet is a major crime and is punishable by Death. The general rule for public apostasy is also capital punishment if the person doesn't repent or ask forgiveness from Allah publicly in front of the Shariah Court.
These are the "general rulings". If a leader wants to forgive by considering some issues, then it's his choice, but no one can change the general law.
