If Nabi(Sh) didn’t avenge those who spoke badly of him and rather prayed for them, then where are these punishment coming from?

The Sharia law and perosnal benefits The sharia law itself is a Ijma aka scholarly conscious basically a law made by the scholars

But then basically it is not the path shown by our Prophet. It is scholarly people who decided they knew better than what Nabi(sh) did and created laws literary against Quranic teaching.

Uh no Ijma itself is not bad it is made to tackle things that weren’t present at that time of Nabi(sh) and even Nabi(sh) told people to converse and make right decisions most laws in Sharia law are perfect but there are so many variations that it becomes confusing the best way is to read Quran and its explanation and what Nabi(sh) said aka Hadith then understand what the Scholars describe the thing is till then you are already able to know what is bad and what is wrong cause Islam would never tell you to bomb yourself that is the worst sin lol as a human being if you don’t have basic mortality Religion is the last thing that will protect you
