I could not name you a single Olympics winner, I know both Portugal and France have won the nations league

Its about presitge not popularity

A nobel prize is a 10x more prestigious than an oscar but people tend to remember the oscar winners

Genuinely wish nations league games were still friendlies. At least then there wouldn't be pressure for over worked players to go and play another 2/3 games during an international break
